IAG's redbeer, maybe some eggs with onion, spinach, and tomatoes. Or a BLT, no mayo. TOMATOES are the key here. The folate and B12 (or any other B vitamins) is what your body needs. The goal is to re-hydrate and nourish your body. Gatorade, powerade, or pedialyte is good for replenishing your electrolytes. These are all things I do, usually before I go to bed, and again in the morning and very rarely end up with a hangover.
As for energy, I usually have a black chai tea, or sugar free redbull, if I try coffee when hungover - it makes me sick. I would recommend the chai tea, contains as much caffeine as coffee, but is better for the body and mind.
