Happy Birthday Wheng. Whats some good filipino food you are going to be drinking with your beer, thats not a cusine I know much about. This stuff looks good. Is Tapsilog served with rice like coconut or sticky rice from Thailand.

Xpy , not to derail the birthday festivities in whengs thread but this venture you are involved in looks awesome. Food trucks are huge here in the US, you have some incredible taco trucks of course, not just lunch trucks but some with gourmet tacos with cilantro right there as a side, I have had lunch from a shrimp truck and had a po boy for lunch. You need to start a thread and keep up us up to date on how things are going and franchise here in the US, that is a cool graphic on the truck. Whats on the burger?

A bloody canuck conceived the idea and co-owns the business. Thats 1 for Mr Plommer...

And yeah, we get local graphic street design artists to repaint the truck once a year (to keep it 'fresh'). As for the make-up of the burgers and what we serve: http://www.burgertheory.com/menu.html (find a pick on there of the product...Magazine Cover worthy :bowdown: )

Alot of 'working in' with city council as well as alot of business see us as a threat (and rightfully so as some traders where we sometimes park pay upwards of 300k pa rent to be where they r...)

Thankfully council wants us there so its all good for now...we will see where the future takes us...

What a great idea xpy. Keep us up to date how this venture goes, food trucks are very big around here. This special sauce he makes looks delicious. This looks like a great burger, better than we had cooking out for the fourth today I am sure.
