Activity and email server he quoted in the Sirius thread. Not exact proof but very coincidental, and if you look at that server they have no way customer service to report abuse, and they wipe all records out quickly so it's often used by malicious people to harass others with no record.

I'm actually back to the IP ban suggestion since he seems to be proud of it. I probably won't get my way on that and there will be more victims as well as more attacks from him, but I can hope for the rest.

I told you. I can cook. I don't cook. I could push a vacuum cleaner. I rarely do that either. I did enough of that as a kid. My dad had the 5 pass over rule..you had to vacuum the same spot 5 times to get it clean.
