The video I posted of him shovelling 12 hours after the snow stopped is a perfect example of him thinking that I was goign to snow blow him out. The entire neighbourhood were out about 12 hours earlier getting themselves shovelled out, but he left it for the next day. The snow was SUPER heavy that morning because the humidity caused the snow to change from the soft, fluffy, powdery stuff to snowman making type of snow.

I've turned down jobs. I have a fluid income and create my own hours with freelance work. Yes, I'd like a more secure full time gig but I'm not applying for tons of jobs and willing to take anything. I just got in to the #1 grad program for my industry. You know nothing.

I think all of GL can't wait till you eventually post here under DR CG??! When the time comes I will display a pic of you as my avatar with "way smarter than me" above it!

sure.
People should discuss income after taxes. How am I supposed to know what everyone particular situation is. But lets say 62k. Still 2k after rent a month should be plenty for a single person. I mean if you have a $500 car payment it's kind of a waste.

Should be but.... seemed like the more I made, the more I spent and it was not relative to the raise, it was more. Seemed like I had more disposable money when I made less. ...maybe you are just more conscientious when you make less. I don't know. I'm a bad person to ask. I am not financially disciplined.

Thanks for the clarification.

I guess my biggest expense is food/drinks. Lately it's been motorcycle stuff but I'm over that phase.

But yeah, I eat out at least twice a day and I maintain a wine/whiskey collection.

If I had the means I could totally blow 20k a month and you wouldn't even know it cause I'd have nothing but half-empty bottles to show for it.

Financially retarded.

:guitar:

Why wouldn't they be completely empty?

I know a really cool couple in the States who can help you out with that.

Financially retarded!

A financially responsible person would drink the first bottle before opening another.

Pretty sure Marty leaves half eaten Big Macs on the table to run across the street and eat at KFC.
