If I am ever going to have a thread here on GA that I update on a regular basis, this is it. No spiffy graphics to start.

I have purged a relationship that makes my life frustrating. It ended with me moving out but with me and her still seeing one another. Frankly, at the end I think I was being toyed with. I have come up with a plan to rip off the band aid and let the scar heal.

I have enough work and hobbies to pour myself into. The no contact rule is enforced and can not be broken unless she physically forces her way into a secure office or garage. I have moved and she does not know where.

I look forward to healing....going to focus on basketball and finding someone else after 30 days.

then something called a atwater vanilla java porter Guiness

now doing a killians red..

Gin is terrible. I hate it. Vanilla porters are awesomesauce, the vanilla javas are even better.

Not about finding the right one or not...if someone doesnt want you in their life on a consistent basis then what can you do...It is her loss.

Not pro or anti relationship but could not let this go on...

The effectiveness of the no contact will be pretty high as long as I stay resolute..

they usually do not..but I am done after this one....

I find on the odd occasions that I drink, the true emotion comes out...

I am happy...this is probably the best ....but no contact for certain..
