We are on to Final Fantasy XVI now Roguey we platinumed Balatro nothing left to prove there! I do miss it though.

Back to Vegas after a 6 yr hiatus.

Played about 200 hands of blackjack

Won several hundred but didn’t have as much fun as I remember playing all night used to be

Ate some good meals

Sportsbooks completely lost their appeal now that I have app, pointless to hang out there anymore

Might be content if I never come back here

I love having a few hundy on a game and watching it at Circa sportsbook with my buddies on the annual guys trip.

We have a fun party culture so all the company hosted meetups/cocktail setups were great

Beauty and Essex in Cosmo was best meal

I had the aged ribeye for $80

Late night spearmint rhino ripper club. $55 entrance these days

Just realizing I’ve down the get drunk blackjack all night with friends thing about a dozen times the past 25 years or so

Used to love doing it but it’s run its course and become a bit stale at this point

I haven’t been to Spearmint Rhino in Vegas in almost 20 years.

Circa and downtown are fun, the strip sportsbooks are awful now.

When I was in Springfield Mass for my pops back surgery I REALLY had a good time plunking down 2k and just playing basic strategy and shooting the shit with whoever came to the table.

It wasn't as fun as drinking and gambling with friends when we were in our 20s for sure. Maybe its the fear of an over 40 hangover, maybe its thw fact that losing a couple grand isnt as serious as before... i dunno what it is but then again nothing is as fun as it was when we were in our 20s, amirite?

Just enjoy the time away from the reality of the house and then look forward to going back?

Will try to make a one night sports and gambling trip work sometime soon... as long as everyone is okay with me going to bed at 11pm.

Yeah think you nailed it, winning a few hundred bucks isn’t as much fun these days. I’ll never make life changing money in BJ
