Here's another Charlie Manual in-game decision from yesterday! Bottom of the 8th score tied 4-4! Looking for a way to get 1 run lead into the 9th!

One out, man on 1st! LH relief guy named Veal comes in to face Dom Brown! Phil's analyst states guy has 9 BB in 7 innings of work! Brown takes 3 balls and analyst says take sign in order! Brown of course swings at ball four and next pitch makes out!

If Charlie gave take sign, runner now in scoring position and good hitters coming up with one out instead of 2 outs and guy on 1st! This is what has gone on since Manual arrived as manager but now without the great hitters who covered up his lack of MANAGING, the Phils don't still win these games!

I guess they have that too in Cincy with Dusty Baker from what I read! Oh well!

Brown is one of the few Phils who is a very patient hitter, but never the less you must have missed this word in my post, MANAGING!

9 million is nothing for no MLB experience? And for a guy who got pulled out of Winter League because he was horrific?

He's going to be (by far) the highest paid player on the A's.
