today is like almost 60 in chicago, and I feel like I should be out golfing.... except we have 20 inches worth of snow melt flooding the fairways even, i'm sure
 
Arch, shooting low rounds on a course that you play all the time and is designed around your type of game doesn't make you super good. I carry a legit 13 handicap but I have a scratch short-game. That round Saturday I shot 89. I get in trouble off the tee due to driver control and on a big course 6900+ yards a driver becomes more important.

Tonight's plays are right on the edge of being forced. Don't trust just because it looks like the program is back on track this week. If you like the plays have something else to support them.

Back to back nights where not trusting myself cost me big. Maybe some regrets.

Wal, you ever break a club because you were pissed off.

I remember I was caddying for my buddy in a tournamnent a few years back, and he broke his butter after missing an easy put. He had to put with his driver the rest of the day.

I once through my putter in a pond and walked off the course and proceeded to the bar.
 
Never broke a club but I have bent a couple of putter shafts over my forehead after missing a putt. I always use my sand of lob wedge to putt with on those occasions. More than putters that have been bent are entire sets that have been sold dirt cheap after a particularly bad round in the parking lot only to be at the Pro Shop Monday ordering a new set.
 
At the golf course right now Arch. I may look over the games later or I may just go play cards not sure yet. I should have a game or two tomorrow. Right now all I am focused on is leaving the course with clubs and wallet undamaged.
 
Took some time off for a long weekend. I figured I would come back today and have a couple of plays but after running all the numbers I have no qualifiers in college hoops. Central Florida, Western Carolina, Furman and Syracuse were close but came up short. I played a couple of games that were forced last Thursday and I won't do that again.

I ran the hockey games as well but came up with nothing there either.
