Foles isn't suppose to be a franchise QB (I like him though) so that tells me Kelly is scheming one hell of a game plan week-in week-out! Few questionable calls on the sideline but appears to be learning very quickly on not doing them again! Plus so much more up front with the local media admitting when he screws up! Complete opposite of the AHole before him!
 
Not the Browns but if the Birds beat Dallas in week 17 and it becomes a reality in year 1! The sorriest division in the NFL but who cares!

Bad news floating around too that possibly Kelly would be enticed to go to U of Texas as their next coach! He does seem to me to be a college man and that school can offer more money and job security than being in Philly!

Crossing my fingers it don't happen cause Philly loves him but the city can turn on people rather quickly! CB, I'm sold on this guy!

The early news was he was going to the Browns. Didn't happen.

But the Eagles aren't doing half bad are they...
 
Was the perfect storm for him to do it with the Eagles in this division but how many seasoned assistant pro coaches come in and fail! Kelly is smart, real smart! Kinda like the saber guy of football! Nice call CB!

Poor Rob! Not a good first year and Banner trades supposedly their franchise player out from under him and what do you think the rest of the team feels bout their future in cleveland? Then after 1 year, fire Chud! I guess Kelly doing so well sealed the coach's fate!

Joe Banner is So Entirely Full of Shit

Joe Banner, who missed out on hiring Chip Kelly ostensibly because he works for the Browns, and who sword-fought with Jeffrey Lurie by way of Reuben Frank last week, told Peter King that the Browns didn't really want Kelly anyway:

"We removed ourselves from the process. We really liked Chip. He's intriguing, a very different thinker, and very smart. But you could see he was uncertain what he wanted to do. He may be in Philadelphia 10 years or longer and have a terrific career. But the fact he committed to Tampa Bay last year, backed out, then seemed all year to be leaning toward going to the NFL, then being so uncertain with us, we just felt it was too big a gamble. If there was no ambivalence, we may have offered him the job.''
 
CB, I (we) need to hear your thoughts on Chip and the draft tonight? Please!!!

You were so right about Chip but big night tonight in Philly that could determine his further future success as Philly's coach! As fanatic as fans are over the Birds, this no doubt is the most intriguing and popular night ever in Eagle draft history!

Anyone else want to comment on this or about the draft in general that's fine but CB is the STAR of this presentation!
 
CB, I hope Chip doesn't go crazy and give up too much to get Marcus M! He's not a sure thing IMO like A Luck! Fans here all want him and say Foles for Bradford trade wasn't a + deal but a bad move! I liked Foles but a healthy Sam B to me will do more for the Birds!

My prediction for Eagles at #20 if they stay there: Wide receiver - Eagle brass haven't publicly mentioned the need at all but could be a smokescreen!

Possibly Breshad Perriman CFLA - Has the dropsies on occasion but looks like a stud otherwise! Size and speed is a nice combo! Sounds like the guy has moved up on the mock boards of late so might be gone by 20!
