But because you have done it publicly - and I'm sure he is reading the forum - he might just force himself to stay away for longer than the 36 hours. NCAA Basketball lines were as sharp as I have seen them. It was unreal how many games were either a push or off by half a point.
It's to easy to say a fix is in, but you have to wonder. Considering NCAA Basketball is the one sport that has had point shaving scandals in the past, it would not be out of the realm of possibility that it could happen again.

That house probably needs about $50k of fixes just to make it livable though. A lot of those forclosures were gutted by their former residents. No hot water heater, furnace/air conditioner, stove, etc. Some people would even kick holes in the walls knowing that they were being forclosed on. You're not really sure what you get until you look at it.
