T, not saying Casper does have a house but..................

Only 41K, Vegas appears to be one of the hardest hit areas by the real estate bust.

This article thinks that the fall of home prices hasn't hit rock bottom yet?

WOW! That cheap! Might ask my father to invest in property there. No way the market goes bust there, so a good opportunity to invest there right now.

guy could easily clear up this NON-accusation from Matty by giving a quick tour of the house and/or some documentation of a rental agreement or a mortgage payment receipt.

but he is gone, and not reading any of this, so I doubt we'd see all or any of that, just for a mere statement without any accusation from a poster here. That wouldn't get under his skin or get stuck in his craw......

i bet $50.00 that he is still reading and checking gamelive, even though he's not posting... give it 36 hours. he'll have check back in by then.

I'm fairly certain that it's easy to just show up there and squat a big-ass foreclosed house.

I'm not saying that's what Casper is doing.

Too many guys packing heat to try that.

It would work in Canada if our economy sucked and we were bankrupt.
Thankfully god loves Canada and filled our land with oil & potash to keep us wealthy.

That house probably needs about $50k of fixes just to make it livable though. A lot of those forclosures were gutted by their former residents. No hot water heater, furnace/air conditioner, stove, etc. Some people would even kick holes in the walls knowing that they were being forclosed on. You're not really sure what you get until you look at it.
