Any coastal New England restaurant from block island to bar harbor will pay $20 plus an hour. Provide housing for less $200 a week and get end of season bonus.

One of the biggest changes since Covid is what the back of the house gets paid now in the restaurant business. I wouldn’t doubt that a dishwasher is getting close to that. It really puts the squeeze on the small restaurants.
