dex was good...then kinda lame...then good again for the trinity season...then lame again this season... its run its course...

Had to stop watching Dexter when I found out he had hooked up with his sister on the show. Not sure why but I couldn't suspend reality after that. Now that they're getting a divorce though I'll try it again when they start airing new episodes here in Feb.

But really Stevie this is a bit like comparing Frank Sinatra and Bieber. Sure they both had hits, but only one would be considered an icon of their profession.

I was quite pleased about Rita's death. I haven't sat down and analyzed why, but there was no question about it: when it happened, I felt glad.

Owow I didn't know they are getting divorced.

I saw a commercial with Michael C Hall the other day with curly hair. He looked weird.

Muddy I felt some of that too regarding Rita. I think it's because we instinctively love Dex for his core - living the code and eliminating those evil people who keep getting away with their heinous crimes slipping through the fingers of the law.

That won't happen with his daughter around though, and it won't be the way it originally was with Stiles' character around.

I heard Dokes is coming back next season as Dex's nemesis - a zombie detective back from the dead whom is widely accepted by the force and whose sole purpose is to destroy Dex
