Went to the Ice House Restaurant and Bar in Wildwood, NJ last month!

MrsM had Ice House Crab Cakes Classic jumbo lump crab cakes with corn relish, Chef’s Choice Starch, fresh seasonal vegetables and served with traditional tartar sauce

I had Seared Scallops Pan seared scallops with fresh herb butter, Chef’s Choice Starch and fresh seasonal vegetables

Both entrees were very good and we also had Crab bisque! Total meal came to like $55 with a drink and dined indoors downstairs! Probably eat upstairs outside from the sandwich menu next time where the pics came from! Imported drafts that were only $3.50 each and nice atmosphere and view from the deck!

Yes, will visit again vote!

TY Stevie! Got there so early we went the early bird way since it had something we both wanted! Nothing on the regular menu tickled our fancy more! Plus the choc cake as the dessert was surprisingly good! Good deal all the way round!

Pork Chop Jenl 2 perfectly grilled pork chops served over a ragout of apples, Boston baked beans, and bacon

Speaking of jumbo lump crab. I took my grandma to this AYCE/AYCD Blue Crab Feast for my bday last weekend:

Blitty, that place looks awesome. We used to have a place like that back home.....but it is gone now :(
they put this mustard inside the crabs when they cooked them, and when you took them apart it looked nasty, but it tasted great!

Cammi, this was just the 2nd annual event that they do for 3 days each year.

Mustard crab sounds delicious!! They just used Old Bay seasoning here I think.

TY MCB and couple weeks ago this was on tap!

Anchorage Tavern Restaurant
Somers Point, NJ (just outside Ocean City)

MrsM had the Stuffed Scampi San Marcos (18.95) and I had the Baked Seafood Au Gratin Florentine (20.95) which rated both as middle of the road! We both had a bowl of Crab Bisque (5.50) which was the best part of the meal!

Nice atmosphere sitting outside here but probably wouldn't go back since we don't go out much so would try another newcomer!



And of course we stopped at Mia's Christmas store on the boardwalk (MrsM's fav spot) to pick up a few items!
