Wife's statement:
“I woke up this morning feeling like I had a horrible nightmare, feeling like I’m mourning the death of my closest friend. But to have to accept the fact that it’s reality is a nightmare in itself. No one knows the pain that the media & unwanted options from the public has caused my family. To make us relive a moment in our lives that we regret every day is a horrible thing. To take something away from the man I love that he has worked his a** off for all his life just to gain ratings is horrific. THIS IS OUR LIFE! What don’t you all get. If your intentions were to hurt us, embarrass us, make us feel alone, take all happiness away, you’ve succeeded on so many levels. Just know we will continue to grow & show the world what real love is! Ravensnation we love you!”

I shouldn't have laughed at this probably. Her statement angered me though.

I am embarrassed to say that about 20 years I dated a guy who knocked me around. He never hit me in the face, but there was some very rough incidents (always when he had been drinking.) He was even required to go to anger management classes after a friend called the cops when he broke the window out in my windshield trying to get at me after I talked to another guy. I feel as if a fairly intelligent, financially secure, strong woman like myself can be swayed to stay in a situation like this for any length of time, anyone can.
You really want to believe it was a one time thing.
Her statement is an insult to so many women. I am sure like Ray Ray said one can only take so much, and we don't know what has gone on before/after the elevator incident, and perhaps she did contribute to the situation, but for God's sakes. Say it was one time and he feels badly, say you appreciate the support, but you love and stand by your man...but t do not act put out by the outpouring of support for not only you, but the thousands of women who are victims of domestic violence.

Btw, my asshole continued to beat women and his own child from what I heard later..and no lie, he was in a motorcycle accident and is now paralyzed. Could not have happened to a nicer guy.

IAG, is this why you were afraid of Indian from Craigslist? This woman was coming at the guy though, she didn't look very afraid. Bitches be having no respect.
