Sound like the bikers were putting together a rolling roadblock so they could do stunts on the highway. Other videos from the group have surfaced showing them doing a lot of this stuff. SUV was on the phone to 911 when one bike pulls in front of him and brakes hard. You can see the rest. Dumbasses.
