Damn MC, you were going to be my new fitness/healthy eating inspiration. If you are a late night ice cream eater, well, that hits too close to home. I may need to look elsewhere.

Just got through taking a dump I thought was gonna kill me.

Was at the hospital ER on Sunday due to another episode.

I felt pain in my lower abdomen as the turd moved through me and it just wouldn't come out.

The doctor in the ER ended up having to stick his fingers up my ass to stretch my colon and lube it to allow me to pass my stool.

He says I should get checked for colon cancer.

I have a doctors appointment on Tuesday.


I find most of this stuff funny but the thought of colon cancer has a way of removing my grin.


PS: Having a doctor stick two fingers way up your ass on a Sunday morning may sound like lots of fun (Bread) but really it wasn't.
