About the only books I use are the ones lying on top at the far right. Those are art books. Dali, Magritte, Picasso, Norman Rockwell, Masterpieces of the 20th Century. That's Gauguin lying on top.

Every once in awhile I will have a reason to open one of those. Usually though, whatever I am doing could be done just as well on the internet.

I'm watching McEnroe vs Lendl on ESPN2 and they're both like 55 years old.

Way more entertaining than current mens tennis

There was a time I was really into tennis. Hard to believe. I didn't like those guys though. I was a Borg guy.

Here is a pic directly across the road from my building. I like how there are two convenience stores 3.5 inches apart. I find that extra convenient. :

When I first moved here ~11 years ago, I kid you not, there was a third convenience store right there too. That Dog grooming place was another convenience store. Man those were some convenient times.

Can you make out the name of the dog groomers? Fur Babies. Is that cute or what. Boy howdy!

I can send Western Unions from that Cash House. The girl I usually deal with is quite hostile but it's handy anyway.

I haven't been inside The Wokker for many years. I was actually drinking when I first moved here and it was handy because if I wasn't sure if I had enough booze, I could always pop in there and down a bunch of beers until I felt secure that I wouldn't run out of booze before I passed out. (If there are any alcoholics here, they will know what I mean).

Food though? I don't know. Funny - I have never thought of it as a viable place to get food.

There is a real good Chinese food place that delivers that I always use.

Another good one is when people substitute pucking for fucking when talking about hockey.

I throw up a little bit when I hear that actually. And you can't go 10 feet in Vegas without hearing that song for some reason.
