So we decided to consolidate from 3 phone lines to two, we use prepaid phones. I tried to do a transfer from one phone line to another but somehow they screwed it up and transferred to a phone/phone # I've never heard of before. I convinced them to transfer back from this number which they did but what happens is the phone /phone # I meant to transfer from is not shut off and they definitely do not have payment for that line .

How long does free 3rd line last? I really doubt they catch it anytime soon since that phone is likely on a shelf or in a warehouse somewhere
