would you prefer more citizens carried with proper training just incase the unlikey happens or.....

but I argee with MF semi-auto assualt rifle has no advantage except for more bang per shot and bigger magazine.....

what about a .44 or .45? (dirty harry gun is what I call them):megaman:
does it pack more punch then a .223?

or how bout a .50 cal desert eagle? boom boom ( but IMO they're more of a novelty and macho man show off pistol for that guy that always have to 1 up ya:grabsome:)

The ar-15 has more firepower than a pistol even in semi-auto mode. It holds a 30 bullet magazine compared to 10 for a pistol. It also has a scope but the biggest advantage is the rate of fire. Since it fires a .223 caliber it has less kick back and you can pull the trigger faster than a .40 caliber glock for example.

it still only shoots 1 bullet at a time unless modified granted a bullet that'll do more damage then most handguns

how can you pull trigger faster then any other semi auto?????
no comprehendo muey..... when we shoot we burn up just as much ammo in the AR-15 as I do with a 9mm pea shooter. just have to reload more often with the pistol.....

next up is my brothers new .50 cal sniper rifle... cant wait to shoot it:megaman:
curious of what kind of damage it will do to ones shoulder:bugs:


semi auto only shoots as fast as you can pull trigger??? correct me if I'm wrong

Lets all meet at the shooting range and fire guns. I will bring my glock 35 and you can see how long it takes to aim at a target the size of a grapefruit from 100 ft away. Then we can fire AR-15 from the same distance using the scope. And will be doing this during the day not at night in the dark with tear gas in our eyes.
 
The more time passes and the more I think about it, I am really starting to see Joe Paterno as a despicable villain.

No doubt some people would read that and say, "Fucking duh!"

But I dunno. For a time I was only looking at him as a peripheral figure. I mean, I thought he acted like a dick no doubt, but I didn't dwell on it. He wasn't the one assaulting children.

I think I also let him off the hook somewhat under some kind of doddering old man clause.

But no. For whatever reason, I am really thinking about him today and I have arrived at the point of:

Told my da, whatever my uncle says, I'm still going to go an extra semester and get the 2 additional degrees.

And getting back to the coat, Dafty you could start a new trend for South Beach where you get a coat rack in your living room but you never really wear them! All for show like say a vase or painting!

Know him from the beginning as a kid and never bought into the PennSt hype cause he seemed even than as power hungry, has to be in control freak! Thing that makes it so bad is he and everyone associated with PS came off like so righteous and than this scandal! Giving out money and stuff to poorer than poor minority kids now by like Miami, USC, Ohio St ......... doesn't add up squat now!
