Kale needs to be cooked - it's too tough and bitter when raw. Kale chips are awesome. Olive oil, fresh ground pepper, cayenne pepper. Bake until crispy. Hmmm good.

I was in my car driving home tonight and I noticed an awful smell so I opened the window and drove the rest of the way.

I get inside and take my shoes off the smell was even stronger.

No. Today is Thanksgiving, and Jacques Cartier discovered Canada. He has no holiday, just a bridge and various monuments in Montreal.

I always find it dubious when it is said that Columbus discovered America. There were after all millions of people living there already. Like I went to Boston in May but I don't claim I discovered America on the trip.
