my brother has diabetes...born with it or at least had it from a young young age....

I used to steal his diabetic apple flavored cookies in the mid 80's, because we weren't allowed sweets, and those were the sweetest thing in the house.


I tried to give him one of my kidney's 3 years ago, as his was failing.... but he refused..... and waited on a donor list, and hit jackpot getting both kidneys AND a pancreas, so he is not diabetic anymore.....
