Did you guys know that there is a national pumpkin shortage? Tried to buy canned pumpkin at Safeway and they said they've been out of it for months. Google tells me that it's due to too much rain in Illinois where the canning pumpkins grow. What will your life be like without pumpkin?

Nice to have you stop in CGSF! Unfortunately there's not enough farming going on to handle all the people on the planet! Crazy weather probably has something to do with it! It's getting overcrowded here! Tofu for everyone starting 2040! The rich are just too rich! How much money does one need? :dunno:
 
Sometimes we have pumpkin pie for family get-together dinners.

But then sometimes we have other pies or other sorts of desserts altogether.

I guess we average one pumpkin pie every 2 years. It would be hard to claim extreme hardship due to a pumpkin shortage.


Good though, those pies.
 
Einstein Bros. Bagels is really good but way too expensive.

I tried to sign up for their online thing via text so I could get my free bagel and shmear and it says it doesn't recognize my fucking text when it specifically says to text BAGEL to their number. Between that and twelve bucks for bacon egg and cheese sandwich cappuccino and juice I am done with them.

Except when I go back probably in the morning. Because its so fucking good.

I'm not a fan of pumpkin pie. But I LOVE me some key lime pie!

I'm taking a pie making class in a few weeks. Rhubarb and a banana creme.

What other kinds of pies do you eat? (Non sexual)
