I just wrote a cheque. Yeah that's right, I made out a cheque AND I used a stamp.

Completely unrelated to your conversation but I had an employee a long time ago on work release because she wrote a bunch of bad checks. I asked her why she kept doing that and she said "it was a lot of fun".

I believe her to this day.

That lady and her boyfriend had what seemed to be a very intense relationship.

I really doubt that but you never know, they were small people I think, possibly on the H. I notice people on the H usually don't suffer from obesity. I think they got laid off when things shut down there.

I am on diagonally sliced toast now. I have done the side-to-side slice at times; top-to-bottom down the middle. Long periods of both.

But I have entered a diagonally sliced toast phase of life.

I wonder if it will be my final toast phase. At my age, you have to wonder.

You'd be crazy to abandon diagonal slices at this life-stage. That first pointy bite is just the best.

I can confidently say that if you go back to another slice, you will regret it on your death bed.
