wtf Citibank. Recently paid off my card.

I knew there would be residual interest balance as a portion of the balance was for cash. I look on line and it shows zero balance. I call them up and they say while there will be an interest balance, they cannot tell me what it is til my statement generates on 4/24, but there will be a balance. He assured me there will be no additional interest on interest, but why can't they give me a figure then? I have to wait until the end of the month to close out my account?

Does this make any sense at all?

It will be more than that, and would be nice to know for budgeting, but it's more having one more thing to have to deal with at the end of the month. Just seems unnecessary.

If I scan a document and save it to my computer, can I attach it to a post here? Like I guess it would be a 1-page Word file.

I know I can take a picture of it and post that - I got that shit down pat - but just wondering about the other.
