Random thoughts

Matty, it's on. I was admitted yesterday at the hospital, but they kicked me out after hours of poking and prodding.

WTH? Contractions already? What's going on?

Nothing here. She doesn't even look all that pregnant compared to the average 8-month-pregnant woman.

Baby moves a lot more during the night, I go to sleep with my hand on her belly and it's a non-stop kicking/punching festival.

Routine appointment and I had no clue that I was having contractions. I just knew that I was in a foul mood the last two days. I was immediately sent to the hospital. 7.5 hours later, they were able to drug me up so that I could go home.

I think it freaked the other Matty out. He's in the nursery cleaning and putting things together this morning. Too bad that's where I hid his Christmas presents thinking that he would never go in there. He already came out with the mug that I bought him that said, "Coffee makes me poop."

"I'm keeping this."

"No kidding. Merry Christmas, jerk."

Hahahaha.

We have yet to set up the nursery. Should prolly get to it soon. Crib is still in the Ikea box.

I didn't realize that you were this close Teela. I want you to have a Thanksgiving baby. Is that possible? I don't know anything about how these contractions and all work.

We had to go to the hospital on false alarms too. It's like having a baby twice only you get to take it home the last time.

No Thanksgiving baby! She's supposed to stay in there for at least six more weeks.

I was irritated that I forgot where I hid the mug. He's using it today. I kept it in a box in the room that I knew he wouldn't go in. Who would have thought that yesterday would have shocked him into action (and taking EVERYTHING out of boxes).

The wife knows better than this, she keeps my gifts at her work.

I still went through the whole apt looking for my new camera last week, just in case.

I washed my coffee pot this morning and put it in the dish drainer - when I got home from work, it was dry.

Evaporation ---> that's some good stuff.

HUGH fans of Sprecher Hard Root Beer, extremely smooth and tasty. They have other varieties of hard sodas as well. Must try the Ginger Ale. Now. All of them.
