We have at least four victims; one of whom was able to recover some money through the chargeback process. His actions have included theft, identity theft, interstate fraud, blackmail, copyright infringement, and others... And, yes, even though Mr. Pappas is in denial for now he stands to face some serious legal consequences. Having talked extensively to Mr. Pappas I am convinced that he does not comprehend the serious nature of what has occurred. I think since he so far in life has been able to use cunning to escape from many situations he believes it can save him here. unfortunately the reality is that the legal system will not care how crafty he is with his words.

so that makes it a FED case... right

oh boy papa, no parole:sheepfucker:

I was looking up the specific definition of sociopath in reference to Pappa George, but another local jerkface (and probably half the forum) came to mind after I read it:

Antisocial personality disorder (ASPD or APD) is defined by the American Psychiatric Association's Diagnostic and Statistical Manual as "...a pervasive pattern of disregard for, and violation of, the rights of others that begins in childhood or early adolescence and continues into adulthood."

To be diagnosed, an individual must be age 18 or older, as well as have a documented history of a conduct disorder before the age of 15. People having antisocial personality disorder are sometimes referred to as "sociopaths" and "psychopaths."

Characteristics of people with antisocial personality disorder may include:

* Persistent lying or stealing
* Apparent lack of remorse or empathy for others
* Cruelty to animals
* Poor behavioral controls — expressions of irritability, annoyance, impatience, threats, aggression, and verbal abuse; inadequate control of anger and temper
* A history of childhood conduct disorder
* Recurring difficulties with the law
* Tendency to violate the boundaries and rights of others
* Substance abuse
* Aggressive, often violent behavior; prone to getting involved in fights
* Inability to tolerate boredom
* Disregard for safety

Diagnosis:

A) There is a pervasive pattern of disregard for and violation of the rights of others occurring since the age of 15, as indicated by three (or more) of the following:

1. failure to conform to social norms with respect to lawful behaviors as indicated by repeatedly performing acts that are grounds for arrest;
2. deceitfulness, as indicated by repeatedly lying, use of aliases, or conning others for personal profit or pleasure;
3. impulsivity or failure to plan ahead;
4. irritability and aggressiveness, as indicated by repeated physical fights or assaults;
5. reckless disregard for safety of self or others;
6. consistent irresponsibility, as indicated by repeated failure to sustain consistent work behavior or honor financial obligations;
7. lack of remorse, as indicated by being indifferent to or rationalizing having hurt, mistreated, or stolen from another.

B) The individual is at least 18 years of age.

C) There is evidence of Conduct disorder with onset before age 15.

D) The occurrence of antisocial behavior is not exclusively during the course of schizophrenia or a manic episode.

The official stance of the American Psychiatric Association as presented in the DSM-IV-TR is that "psychopathy" and "sociopathy" are obsolete synonyms for antisocial personality disorder. The World Health Organization takes a similar stance in its ICD-10 by referring to psychopathy, sociopathy, antisocial personality, asocial personality, and amoral personality as synonyms for dissocial personality disorder

All we are trying to do is warn every one what a scam artist boy George is.Boy George keeps getting booted from other forums so boy George just moves on to another to run more scams.

Does your group have a name?

Were you guys sent to prison by a military court for a crime you didn't commit. Did you escape from a maximum security stockade into the Los Angeles underground. Do you survive as soldiers of fortune.

If I have a problem, if no one else can help, can I hire you?

* I like you William, good job and thanks for looking out.

Won't go into the whole George crap cause I didn't accept him from the jump off but something else in this thread bothers me as well. This assassin guy is too even keel. Not a collections agent, not a lawyer not a resource activist not working on behalf of any formal agency. He never loses his cool regardless of how many lame ass excuses are delivered. Fiver throws some arrows at him and he still maintains complete unemotional even keel. He seems too..................too....................not right for lack of a better word. I punched the friggin screen severl times reading through this crap and I have nothing but time invested.

I just can't imagine the kind of moron it would take, to actually get scammed by Papi. WTF are these guys doing? Selling and buying tout sites. What part of any of this is legal or respectable anyway?

Apparently people do this. Start a site and then turn around and flip it on Flippa. :lmao:

And I guess it'd be the same concept as buying an already established bricks and mortar business. You get the revenue stream after someone else laid the foundation.

I don't know - between this and the link Durito posted about the Internet magnate/gambler, I've come to realise I've been living in a cave when it comes to this stuff.

Again though, I never realised the extent of George's scams. Unreal.
