No, the problem has little to do with the picks. The problem was the falsified income claimed (http://flippa.com/auctions/93655/A-sports-handicapping-service) for the site. The fact that the site was not delivered to the buyer, and that the buyer's money was not returned. Then, subsequently, the seller (Pappas) use the identities of the previous buyers in an attempt to sell future sites to new buyers. There is plenty more as well; but that is a summary of what occurred.

Assassin, I have missed some things here today and I am sorry if you are repeating yourself. That voice message with the Thor sounding guy, when was that recorded?

I am asking because some of the things "George" was saying on the recording, he was posting here the other day. Such as (paraphrasing here) "I don't want to use paypal because they charge a fee" and "you didn't keep up with the site so I had to take it back". It seems pretty obvious to me that they are the same person (guy posting here and guy on recording).

What I don't understand is how is this not a civil matter? The internet is pretty hard to govern.
