I knew I couldn't stand Anne Hathaway and nothing happened to change that - but I kind of expected more from James Franco. I don't know what. Some kind of cool factor or something.

But he was pretty much a bump on a log.

I am finding this whole thing painful to watch. The hosts are painful, the presenters trying to be funny are painful, the acceptance speeches are awful.

It fokken did! If my math is right I lost by one point! We had different weights for each category, from 1 to 5. Best Director was worth 5.
