I thought it was okay. Had a few good laughs in there. It had some of the trademark Breaking Bad style, but it's a different tone of show and that style is a little out of place with a comically slimy lawyer as the focus instead of an earnest, entrepreneurial chemistry genius trying to provide for his family (and maybe going slightly mad) before he dies.

Those are very different backdrops.

It was a challenge I understood going in: how do you make Saul Goodman more than comic relief?

Not sure that has been totally answered but I'm going with it.

I dunno man. It has no plot. Seems like little more than a style exercise and a lazy B-side to Breaking Bad.

Episode 2 spent way too much time in the desert, and then again at the court.

It's really well produced and all. But I don't have a good feeling about it.

The desert scene lasted way too long.

I will keep watching because I'm hopeful that E3 gets better. E2 was better than E1 so there's that.

The whole "did you ground yourself before you came in" thing got really old really fast.

Common Mad Men hurry up.
