Basically he was going too fast on a sharp turn. Even if there was no car coming from the other direction he would have hit the fence. He wasn't paying attention to the signs or the markings on the pavement.

Well you can't assume to have the full width of the road. Hope he learned his lesson. But he was going 80-90 mph on 30-40 mph sharp turn.
