Humid as fuck in the building and I am working by an opening framed for a double door leading outside. So I unscrew the plywood to get some air movement...Half hour later my minority tells me there is human poo outside the door. First thing I think is what the fuck you doing out there...our work is in here. I decide not to go look at the poo because I have seen poo before. But, now there are a gathering of flies in the area I am working in...and I know why they are there....poo. I don't want a fly to land on me after its landed in poo. So I decide I need to clean up the poo...so that's what I did. I cleaned up the poo...no more flies.

Coworker ran into Dominic Monaghan (Charlie on LOST) over lunch and asked him to take a photo. Then Dominic asked coworker out for drinks and coworker had to awkwardly decline. Gotta go back to work. :wah:

HR is requiring us to write mid-year self-assessments. We're supposed to track our progress against 2015 targets and goals.

Problem is, we have yet to be assigned targets and goals for 2015. :biglaugh: They're supposed to come from our VP. She's busy.

20,000 lbs assembled.

Came in 4 pieces. Bolted together as suspended in air by crane.

2 welders standing by to start welding bottom of unit to the steel set to support it.

Had to position pieces to within probably one eighth of an inch to line up bolt patterns on the sections.

I signaled the crane for the first two pieces. Then I used a ladder climb to the top of the unit and lay on top to bolt more pieces as the catwalk and ladder pieces were moved into place.

Also set 2 rooftop units and a bunch of smaller shit.

Cooling tower came from Texas and was here yesterday.
Rooftop units didn't finish getting built until 10:00 last night and a guy was waiting to drive them from Minnesota to
Be here today.

There's my black guy.Basicly today I was an engine and he was a hood ornament.

I finish setting up the welders and to solve a problem he is working in for 15 minutes...in about 5 secs. He forgot tools I told him to bring up. Forgot drill bits..forgot everything.
