One of my larger clients is not answering emails unless he deems it is important to him. Thus I had to take a three day gig in -25 degree C windchill to solve a problem.
How the F do I do this?
The water entering the building is so cold that when it enters the detection circuitry, it trips the low temperature alarm. You can not disable the alarm because if you were to quench the part with that cold water, the induction heated piece would be out of spec..(probably too brittle or micro fracture). Can work a few parts using water in building but when it goes into automatic cycle, it goes too often. Pulls water from outside pipes before it can get warm in building.
