Wally the "proper human being" thing was a joke. We're all the product of a very specific environment and we tend to grow up standing up for what we were taught to believe in. That's fine. I don't despise religious people as a general rule - but when a devout Christian claims that he favors skepticism over blind faith for fear of being thought a fool, well my 'tard-dar tends to blip like fokken crazy. I'm sorry.

Let's assume that we don't know if Brock is real or not. We do (or do not) know that he attempted to steal $1000 as a result of a clerical error from a credit union and we do (or do not) know he has bankrupted his family at least twice through his gambling addiction. Either he has done these things or he is attempting to create an internet persona by pretending he has done these things. I'm not sure which of these is more pathetic so knowing what is true becomes more of a side issue here.

Wally, don't forget you need a title.

Matty, I never once claimed to be a devout Christian. I have never claimed to be a Christian period so how you got on that track I don't know. I have made arguments that none of us know for absolute certainty if there is or isn't and shouldn't think less of one or the other for their choice. I have even gone so far as to say that my personal belief when it comes to faith is whatever gets you through that doesn't hurt someone else.
