Haven't eaten shit food since Sept 2020. Only eat meat/chicken/fish I buy from the grocery store. NO fast food. None, zero, nada.

fact is if you are ordering your food from a restaurant, it’s not going to be beneficial health wise. Fuck, most chicken breasts are cooked and marinated in oil and sugar laden seasoning.

The fish is always cooked in butter/oil unless you ask them (3 times) not to prepare it that way.

And personally I don’t like being that douchy customer who asks so I just make fish at home.
