The guy wont score 50, but JVR is going to have a long career. Probably will peak at 35 goals in a season.
Will be on the Us Olympic team in 2014.

The US has more talent than most think. Look at the recent NHL entry drafts, lot more US players being drafted in the 1st rd than 10 year ago.
Also the US is now always a medal contender at the World Jrs, that wasn't the case 10 years ago.

Dont get me wrong i got my ovechkin russian jersey cause im a big fan of these russian guys, but when the USA almost won the gold medal I was also cheering for my home turf..
