I dont think this was Spanier call, my guess is the Board of Regents are moving up their meeting, they were schedule to meet on Friday, and the next press conference will be in that Paterno is no longer the Penn St coach. There is no way they could that the senile fuck Paterno speak.
This is a PR nightmare for the University, and the Board needs to take some action.
