Ah, okay. I guess I understand it a little, then. That period between 2-4 months of clean living is when it invades your thoughts during every waking moment. I remember when I finally got off meth and was just acting like a bona fide retard during that time, because I was miserable and constantly dwelling on the lack of happiness in my life. You'll get past it, I'm sure, and my advice would be to avoid making a fool of yourself as much as possible. It's easy to forget the stupid shit you did while high, much harder to reconcile such behavior when you're not in an altered state.

Bateman, this may come as a shock to you, but it's quite common for mendicants (it means beggar) to be objects of scorn and derision. It's rooted in the fact that society in general has a vested interest in forcing people to support themselves. You shouldn't be upset with Coug for calling you out, he was just doing his part to help you realize that playing in a poker freeroll for points when you don't even have enough for the buy-in is a pretty pathetic thing to let your day revolve around.
