I was referring to any type of injuries. Small or large. I have noticed with age the healing process has slowed down a noticeable amount.



Currently I'm dealing with a shoulder injury from hockey.

It's in the AC joint/collar bone connection area. Possible slight separation or tearing.

Probably gonna get an MRI if still bothersome in a few weeks.

My shoulder's been all fucked up for over a month now, too. I assume it's from hockey, but I don't remember hurting it.

Pain in the ass, it throws off my switch-side-sleeping method.

That's what I thought at first too, but supposedly all those supplement/vitamin pills are a scam.

I guess we can get all the necessary nutrients from food or something..?
