True story:

Last year when I arrived in Saskatchewan my car was covered in salt/grime from the road trip west.

I stopped at a gas station that had an indoor/heated self serve car wash (it was approx -35C outside).

I deposit the coin and start spraying my car down and the warm water froze as it hit the metal on my car!

Illinois winter is balmy compared to the Canadian prairies boys.

Cougar Bolt, I like that. I would venture to guess the difference in winter weather between the Canadian plains and Northern Illinois isn't nearly as extreme as the difference between Northern Illinois and say, Southern Florida.
