Or start scrapping metal.
Or...become black...then you get everything for free.
The problem is not what you spend...it's what you make.
You need to get successful...or start delivering pizzas on the weekends.
Sorry Pal, I couldn't disagree more....unless you making poverty level income...then it's what you make. The problem is not what you spend...it's what you make.

How does it cover two houses? So theoretically, I should sell Denver home now, because I lived in it up until 3 years ago? Then could I have full exemption on the 605 house when I sell it? Neither would be over 250k gain.
Well hell, that's the best news I've had all day. The 5 year thing may mess me up. I guess I will need to do some research.Primary residence includes secondary residence. Go figure.

I think he said he buys what he wants when he wants...like guitars, expensive food, and things that may not be considered necessities. Hence the need for a budget.Muddy lives my himself in an apartment...no babies to feed, braces to buy, no fancy car, cheap microwave, not putting money into a house because he is a renter, no Indian treadmill moving love slave., no maid or poo service. In other words I can assure you he does not live extravagantly. If he is struggling...he doesn't make enough money.
End of story mama.
I understand what you are saying, but I think rent in Toronto is realllllly expensive.when 50% of your income is rent and your place ain't that nice...uh..like in unit laundry and your microwave sits on the counter instead of the over the range like everyone with a half way decent kitchen set up has.
You ain't making enough ends,paper,greenbacks,loot, cash,dinero.
