Hiring no. That infringes on equal protection to achieve an indelible right. But if you own a company that is truly private you can exclude customers on the basis of their skin color. Restaurants and inns/hotels are defacto NOT truly private.

Corporations are not faceless, rightless entities. Nowhere is the objective of a corp to make a blank impenetrable wall, y'all have it wrong. The point of a corporate entity is to have a SEPARATE entity, one that has its own identity, rights, a governing laws.

take all the money companies have to spend on insurance and pay directly for medical needs of the population. Eliminate 3rd parties such as insurance co and accountants. Would cost less and provide better service.

But this would eliminate empty enterprise and profit. Not to mention dependency on employment. Can't have that in current system.

The world would be a better place if there were no insurance companies or lawyers. Think about all the money those two make that can be used to pay for medicine and better paying for doctors and nurses.
