i am SO appreciative of all your support. it really, really means a lot to me. I am making a plan to get back into nyc, which will be the biggest and best help of all. It will get me away from my toxic relationship with C (but i still love him so maybe not), but will give me opportunity to meet new people. i could really use some more friends. I like, literally, 2 friends in NJ. Chris and Rick. It's insanely hard to meet people here. I've met cool women and asked them if they want to grab coffee or drinks and thy always think i'm a lesbian and asking the out. All men i meet just think i'm trying to date them. I don't really like a lot of the people I meet here. I sound stuck up, i know. but I just have nothing in common with them. yet in NYC I meet new friends all the time. So NYC is KEY.

My job has SO many issues. I won't go into detail until i get a new job. but lets just say some employees of my office make the tv show The Office look like Heaven. waking up every morning and going into work is so fucking hard

I lived in nyc for 5 years. That's why i hate New Jersey so much. Moving here was a dumb decision.

After living in NYC for quite some time, and going back to NJ for a year, I didn't mind it all that much. In fact, when I had days off and I wanted to chill, NJ was kinda neat. Maybe it is just the part of NJ you are in.

It sounds very healthy for him.

He hardly sees you but when he does he gets to bang you out.

And you guys never fight. Believe me, guys hate fighting and drama so that's another plus.

From a guys perspective it sounds like a VERY healthy relationship.
 
Cali, I'm in the Princeton/Toms River area at the moment. Going to Hoagie Haven in Princeton in an hour, if you want to meet up. Also have a ticket to see Avicii at Pier 94 on NYE, and a hotel room in the Marriott. Let me know if you want in with a group of 21yr olds.
 
NY is pure materialism at it's finest. Most women there are seeking strictly money men and they don't even pretend to hide it. Buy a table at a club, which you have to do to get in, and women just start showing up and taking your alcohol and talking with you. I think it's quite sad.
