That is my favorite cut of pork chop. Pork Rib Eye. They come out so nice.

The hard part was to stop eating them. I set out two for myself with dinner. But then when those were done I had to go get another. And then another.

These days, while I'm working, I just BBQ Saturday and Sunday.

I generally do large batches of whatever I'm cooking and freeze the leftovers. I like dinner Mon.-Fri. to be really simple where I can just pull something out of the freezer and nuke it.

They're also great for lunches, too. I make batches of these every other week and store them in my freezer.

We were talking about afghans before; this is my mother's Sistine Chapel. Her ultimate achievement. At least that's how she used to feel about it. I should ask if she feels she ever went on to surpass it.

In any case, it was very complicated and it is quite large. That's a queen sized bed it is covering there. It took a long, long time.

An abstract expressionist masterpiece if you ask me. Of course I got my meathooks on it and it's mine now.
