there is a good chance they will just shut down the interstate. I think the northern part of the state is better equipped for weather such as that then the southern. I mean....it isn't suppose to snow and sleet at the BEACH!!!!!

But currently, Mobile, AL is predicted to get 2-4" of snow Tuesday night into Wednesday morning. That is our port city.

It took Daddy Rain close to 12 hours to get to Toronto on Saturday. Long stretches of the 401 were closed cause tons of cars and transport trucks were in the ditch.

Ontarians have no idea how to drive in the snow, and they don't use snow tires.

I don't think so. Most of the time IF we get any snow or ice it is here maybe 24 hours. The 1993 snow lasted 3 whole days. And we had a bad ice storm in 1996 that took awhile to melt. But no winter weather since then that has cause massive road closings and the such.

Tron one more. Technically two but by the time we make it down there we'll probably be frozen and attached to eachother

the state is slowly shutting down now.

the issue of the south with snow is that it melts and turns to ice. Or you just get sleet mixed in. The interstate in the southern part of the state is being closed in some areas and the worse part of the snow/ice that they are suppose to get hasn't arrived yet
