I fell off of the vegetarian wagon after 20 years. It was a good run. I try to mostly eat game and responsibly raised meat. Still not a fan of the modern meat industry.

I ordered the red duroc pork, my gf got the pappardelle. I drank a couple mezcal mules.

I like their commitment to responsible local farming, but there are better options for that here.

I enjoy eating pork, it's my favourite meat.
