And anyone that brings Barry Bonds into the conversation shouldn't be allowed to speak.

The guy had his best years in his 16th and 17th years in the league. LOLROIDS.

Don't. It makes you sound dumb and you're not.

Barry Bonds did steroids and so did most (if not 90%) of his competition. Or do you think his competition was not doing steroids?

Were Ted Williams' competitors using steroids?

Uhh. LOL. Maybe you don't know what OPS stands for. Great point. Let's take a look at OPS.

Career OPS:

Willie Mays: .941
Barry Bonds: 1.051
Ted Williams: 1.116

Yes but were not discussing who the greatest offensive player of all time was.

I know what OPS stands for.

Why does everything turn into a middle school pissing contest with you?

Can you have a discussion without every other word being LOL and name calling?

Were Ted Williams' competitors using steroids?

OMG. You can't be serious.

You're saying that EVERY player in the MLB was using steroids when Bonds was playing? Jesus Christ.

If you can't understand that something is awry when Bonds' best years were in his 16th and 17th years, it's an absolute lost cause.

You're the one that brought up OPS. It's funny to me that you did when Williams blows them both out of the water.

Steroids did a lot more for hitters than it did for pitchers even disregarding the fact that not everyone used steroids. If you don't understand that either, look at every other slugger in that era. Sammy Sosa? Seriously?

It's ridiculous argument.

What does Roger Clemens career line look like without the PED's?

The problem with this discussion (and all greatest player of all time discussions before this one) is we're comparing different players from (very) different eras.
