Really pushing hard now

I have an event coming up in about 17 days and I want to look my best....gonna see a group of people whom I havnt seen in about 6 months.

Only been working out for 2 months though.

Each muscle group will be trained every 4 days.

Finally incorporating a leg workout because squats release testosterone and help build a strong upper body faster.

Gonna also incorporate deadlifts and dumbbell rows to get the core going.

I need to lose 10lbs in the next 17 days as well.

Anywhere below 215 will be satisfactory.

My arms used to be quite vascular. ..not so much right now.


Forearms every other day.
