I like fall-type weather. I do not like hot, humid weather and typically stay indoors as much as possible here in FL July-September.

Well, it's very dry here, so the summer heat is pretty bearable, but the fall is a great time. If you want to do some skiing/snowboarding, you have to wait until at least late October, or come in the spring.
