What happened is Bread sent a letter threatening legal action to my Po Box for no reason and explained to me that Boner would be representing him suing me for $200,000 unless we both withdrew our teams and let them join instead and I don't have the resources to contest such an action. I know it was just an intimidation letter but since I cannot fight it we threw in the towel.
